Lemon Ice Cream
Ingredients 2  lemons ½  cup sugar ½  cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 2  cups half-and-half Pinch of salt
Zest the 2 lemons into a food processor.
Add the ½ cup of sugar…
… blend until lemon zest is very fine.
Squeeze ½ cup of lemon juice.
Add the  ½ cup of lemon juice and blend until sugar is completely dissolved.
Blend in 2 cups half-and-half and pinch of salt until smooth.

Freeze mixture in Ice Cream Maker.
