This paper proposes a new curriculum paradigm for the Teen Challenge residential program to better foster spiritual formation. It conducted a student survey to understand their backgrounds and needs. It then designed a new "Character of the Kingdom" curriculum centered around ten spiritual disciplines and themes. The curriculum aims to funnel teachings each week into a coherent learning path focusing on application. Analysis of initial implementation found it promoted deeper learning compared to the previous random approach. Further refinement of the curriculum and staff training is recommended.
