Lisa Nunes' preschool class learned about the alphabet on August 27, 2008. The class discussed animals, watched a movie about alphabet animals, and made an alphabet book by drawing an animal for each letter and writing the letter in upper and lower case on a construction paper page. The teacher assessed students by listening for participation in singing and keeping their alphabet pages to make into a book.
