31. Proposed Regulations Allowed Maximum 30 feet higher from the grade or up to the height of the finished 4 rd floor elevation. Maximum ½ of the width of the sidewalk or 7’6”, whichever is less. Any size of the fin sign reduces the total allowed sign area. Allow 15sq.ft of maximum size of fin signs in the city by right that do not reduce allowable signage.
