The vertical table rewinder is designed to inspect and correct label rolls with controllable winding tension and error detection for missing labels or web breaks. It can count labels or wind based on length with exchangeable core chucks and optionally detect short labels, process booklet labels, or integrate external devices like printers, web guides, label shifters, or cutting units. The standard version handles webs up to 270mm wide at 150m/min, rolls up to 400mm diameter, with labels over 17mm long and 76mm standard core chuck sizes.

Vertical rewind table
The vertical table rewinder is designed to inspect and correct label rolls. The table features a well
controllable winding tension, error checking through missing label and web break detection. It is also
possible to count labels or winding on length and the table has easily exchangeable core chucks.
Optional are: short label detection, processing of booklet labels and integration of external devices
such as printing systems, web guiding, label shifter, cutting unit or other customer specific
requirements.
