LDV1k25-ISM
General description
The LDV1k25-ISM is an Ultra rugged Power Amplifier pallet, using the last generation of
50V LDMOS Power Amplifiers devices capable to withstand an VSWR as high as 65.1.
The pallet uses parallel operated devices, designed in order to cover the VHF band from
80 to 120MHz, specifically for ISM operation.
