This document provides instructions for an assignment in an emerging leaders course to research an Arizona higher education issue. Students are asked to: research their assigned issue; analyze their position and underlying challenges; explore solutions while connecting to a social change model; and describe ways to take action. They will present their findings in a poster session format. The document outlines the assignment requirements, research resources, grading rubric, and project deadlines including submitting a team charter and preliminary research materials.

individuals to present research and information
 Unlike a traditional presentation it allows people
to study and restudy your information and
discuss it one on one with you
 Efficient and simple, i.e. get it in 30 seconds,
