- You can connect Google Scholar to your Belmont access by going to Google Scholar > Settings > Library links when you are logged in to your Google account. This will make the “Full-text @ Bunch” link appear even if you are off campus.
- To find a list of news sources, go to https://belmont.libguides.com/az.php and limit by All Database Types: Newspapers. Looking for specific titles? Check the library catalog for links and subscription information Nexis Uni includes broadcast transcripts from 138 sources including: ABC News; American Public Media; CBS News; CNBC News; CNN; CTV Television; Fox News Network; MSNBC; National Public Radio (NPR); NBC News; Federal News Service Nexis Uni includes full text of USA Today; Globe & Mail; Times (London); other foreign language papers Newsstand includes broadcast transcripts from 101 sources including: CBS; CNN; NPR; PRI; NBC; Fox; and others Newsstand includes international papers as well (Times (London), Globe & Mail) WestLawNext Campus Research focuses on legal resources, but does have some news sources as well (including international). In-person cards give access to all online and physical materials. Non-Nashville residents must pay $50/year for access. TEL – variety of sources available across the state for free.
