This document describes a large tolerance quality display unit that can manage quality assurance for manufacturing industries. It has a 1.5 inch display that provides 7x magnification and uses red and green dual color LEDs to indicate rejected and accepted parts. The display unit interfaces with Mitutoyo's digimatic series gauges and is visible from a long distance. Size 11*2*1 inch Display 1.5 inch Casing Quality Acrylic Weight 300 gm. 9 v dc Power I/p O to 60 °c Temp.   Connect the 9 Volt dc adopter to the Display system.  Connect the SPC cable from Digimatic Gauge to the Digimatic port of the system.  Set the upper, Lower and Mastering Limits from the MENU key in the keypad.  Move the cursor to left and Right from the left and Right arrow key.  Change the value (Increment/decrement) from the Up and Down key  Press MENU Key to save the data after punching the value.
