of land, mortgage of land, etc.

Deeds — a written instruction, which has been signed
and delivered, by which one individual conveys title to
the real property(land) to the other individual.
Power of Attorney — The appointment of individuals
as attorneys for persons who have usually moved
away, but who become involved in business
transactions in places of former residence. These
include: sales of land and other properties, collections
of legacies left to those who have removed and settling
of debts.

Cadastral Map — Land ownership map, it
shows the boundaries and extent of the plots.
Generally used for tax purposes.
Collateral — Property put up by someone
getting a loan. If they fail to repay the loan,
the property goes to the person granting the
loan. It acts as a security to the lender when
the borrower fails to pay back the loan.

instructs a state to issue land to someone.
 Bond for Deed/Title – is a contract to sell
real property e.g land in which the purchase
price is to be paid by the buyer to the seller
in installment and after payment of the all

Plan
 Is a diagram which defines the boundaries
of a parcel of land at the date upon which it
was registered.(Lpi.2012)
When new land parcels are created (eg
subdivision) or when all or part of an
existing parcel is to be used for a specific
purpose (eg easement or lease) a plan must
be prepared, lodged and registered.
