Mr. Goralski served as Architect,
responsible for supporting contract
document development, code
compliance, project detailing, and
specification coordination. LEO A DALY
provided design services for the 87,126-
SF renovation of an existing 3- story
hotel with 2 subbasement levels and one
level of parking. Scope involved
completing schematic GMP pricing for
the 104 existing rooms, support services,
addition of an elevator and a new
atrium.

Plaza. Significant constraints that would
prohibit or limit a plaza redesign were
identified and a concept was designed.
This evaluation and redesign fit within
the context of the Georgia State
University campus plan and included
conceptual design of two replacement
buildings proposed for construction
adjacent to the plaza.

Dubai and around 40 km northwest of
the cityy of Fujairah.

Mr. Goralski served as Architectural

elements for conceptual, schematic and
design development, working with the
technical team during the construction
document phase and confirming design
intent throughout the life of the project.
A new 1,350,000-SF terminal/concourse,
new 7,000-car parking deck, and
roadway improvements. A range of
alternatives are being studied that
include additions to and adaptations of
the existing facility and the design of a
replacement terminal. The Port Authority
of New York and New Jersey is
committed to a program that incorporates
the "Next Generation" terminal
operations for passenger processing,
passenger and baggage security, and
building sustainability. Using the LEED®
-
NC guidelines, it was determined that at
least a LEED®
Certified level could be
achieved. Water use and energy
consumption are expected to be reduced
by 30 percent.

Mr. Goralski serves as Architectural

New 76,586 SF Helicopter Hangar
addition to the existing South Carolina
Army National Guard’s (SCARNG) Army
Aviation Support Facility (AASF) for
Reserve Forces Aviation Training and
Logistics. The additions to the facility
will not only include a Hangar but also
Operations and Maintenance Spaces and
Asphalt Paving of approximately 27,650
SY.
