2. Top notch talented individuals joined our team in 2011
3. Financials: ended 50% above the plan in revenue and 64% above the plan in margins
4. More integration with PSLs, BD, countries and among sub PSLs within C&PM
5. Current projects running add close to $500 million to Halliburton in the region per year
6. Well supported by our management
