Geographical Location
We are located within industrial free zone in
Gulf of Gemlik-Bursa at the Marmara Sea. Our
facility is located only 230 km (overland) south-
east of İstanbul City
Access : By driving from Istanbul : 2 hours by
car via Yalova ferry lines. Also there exists a
new flight connection by plane from Haliç
(Istanbul) to Gemlik

Technology1. Forming
The manufactured metal hoses are produced using a method called
mechanical forming and they are tested before releasing to the customers.
We have 20 mechanical forming and 2 hydrostatic forming machines, and
complementary welding machines in our forming line up.
All these machines have been engineered, designed and produced by Kuzuflex
engineering team.
2. Braiding
We have 6 braiding machines, with the capacity to braid from DN06(1/4")
to DN150 ( 6").

3. Assembly
Hoses are assembled according to the customer requests in the Fittings
department. We are able to perform assembly operations such as Special
Cutting, Crimping, TIG Welding , Induction Welding, Polishing, Ink-jet &
Laser Marking and Packaging Machines
We also have equipment relating to PVC Extrusion, PVC Braiding and PVC
Production Furnace for gas hoses
4. Machining
We produce all needed fittings parts required by the fittings department in
house utilizing our 8 CNC machines
