– Parapet® acrylic molding materials for tail lamp covers and number plates
– Excellent weather ability, easy coloring and transparency
 Instrument panels:
– Highest transparency and surface hardness as compared to other plastics
– widely used for meter panel covers instead of glass

14. Chemicals
 Diols: 3-Methyl-1,5-pentanediol (MPD) and 1,9-Nonanediol (ND)
 Kuraray Polyols: Variety of derivatives from these diols
 MMB (3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol) Hydrotrope & Solvent for improved formulations
Applications:
 Seats & interior parts:
– Kuraray polyols used for car seat coatings
– Optimize softness and toughness
– Help reducing the content of solvent

 Help stabilizing the formulation and to incorporating higher amount of surfactant.
