2. Quackery. Is practicing medicine using unscientific method. Usually brings harm to a sick person. Is exactly what quacks do it involves the use do methods that are not scientifically accepted.

3. Quacks. Are people who perform be remedies for illness without formal education and license. Some of them sell their own product to treat ailments and diseases.

4. Some tips of identifying quacks. They do not put up advertisement. Most of them perform their services at their own homes. Some claim to have secret formulas which cannot be obtained from drugstores. Some of them perform their services without regard for sanitation. Some utter unintelligible prayers or incantations while treating their patient. Most of them use the same procedures for all kinds of illness.

5. Possible effects of medical quackery . The person who is terribly ill may die in the hands of quacks. A sick person who goes to a quacks for treatment instead of a doctor be prolonging his illness. Even if no actual healing has been done the patients gets well merely by his/her own faith either in the quack or in the remedies given. This phenomenon is called PLACIDO effect. Money is wasted if the patients condition does not improve. The patient’s family may only get false hope if the quacks assures them of the patient’s complete healing.

People who have been found to be suffering from serious ailments or diseases like cancer, heart problem, etc. People who are afraid of doctors or those who do not want under go surgery. People suffering from severe pains. People who give a high premium beauty or aesthetic.
