Although I recently retired from KST Services, I worked with Christy for almost
twelve years performing cost documentation for the Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) Superfund Program. Our positions were government contracted by,
the US Army Corps of Engineers, Environmental Protection Agency, and the
Department of Defense. During these twelve years I was Christy’s immediate
supervisor. The last ten years I worked side by side with her and was able to
observe all aspects of her work.
Christy was an outstanding employee. She was extremely conscientious, always
striving for perfection. As a Operating Accountant/Cost Auditor, her work had to be
perfect, as EPA’s recoupment of funds spent on toxic waste sites cleanup depended
in a large part on Christy’s work.
Christy was a loyal and dependable employee. She could always be relied upon to
complete any project on time, and in most cases, before the due date. When certain
documentation had to be forwarded to EPA, Christy was always the employee to
receive the tasking.
In addition to Christy’s outstanding work performance, she was always a
personable team player. She was an employee that would be welcome in any work
environment.
