                                                   We use a customized dashboard tool, dubbed Klerview to
                                                   aggregate, analyze and present relevant data. In concert with
                                                   internal data from finance, operations, lab, admissions, billing
                                                   and collections, we overlay with chosen external market data to
                                                   create metrics for decision-making protocol.

                                                   This tool allows for Fact-Based, accurate and measurable out-
                                                   comes for our projects, as well as valuable initiative tracking,
                                                   patient outcomes and data review. This tool has no impact on
                                                   existing systems and is not a data warehouse: simply an
                                                   overlay on existing infrastructure. Additionally, Klerview is not
                                                   cost-prohibitive, and does not add costly IT purchases or capital
                                                   expenditure to your bottom line.

This tool allows for Fact-Based, accurate and measurable out- comes for our projects, as well as valuable initiative tracking, patient outcomes and data review. This tool has no impact on existing systems and is not a data warehouse: simply an overlay on existing infrastructure. Additionally, Klerview is not cost-prohibitive, and does not add costly IT purchases or capital expenditure to your bottom line.
