优点: 相较于传统淬火,回火的热处理,等温淬火后的产品都有优越的韧性,抗疲劳性和提高延伸率的工

Advantages: Comparing with traditional quenching and tempering heat treatment technique, Austempered
products obtain high ductility, fatigue strength and consistence in hardness level.
应用: 弹片、汽车安全带扣件、汽车内装扣件
Applications: Spring, automotive safety belt fasteners, automotive interior fasteners.
热处理工艺: 退火,去应力退火,球化退火
Heat Treatments: Annealing, Stress-Relief Annealing, Spheroidizing Annealing.
特性:
 调整硬度以便进行切削加工或冲压加工。
 消除残余应力,以防变形,开裂。

 提高材料硬度,有助于切削加工等。
 细化晶粒,消除材料中的网状碳化物,并做为后续淬火工序做组织准备。
 用于淬火返修件,消除淬火应力,细化组织,防止工件重新淬火时产生变形与开裂。
Properties:
 Improve the material hardness, facilitate the cutting and machining operations.
 Refine the grains and eliminate the carbide network in the material for the preparations of the subsequent
quenching process.
 For the reworked parts, it can relieve the quenching stresses, refine the structures, prevent the deformations and
cracking caused by re-quenching.

热处理工艺: 真空淬火,真空渗碳淬火,真空渗氮淬火
Heat Treatment: Vacuum Quenching, Vacuum Carburizing Quenching, Vacuum Nitrogen Infusion & Oil Quench.
真空渗氮淬火优点:
其变形量仅是碳氮共渗淬火大约一半,同时,也只比气体软氮化的变形量稍微大一点而已。
Advantages for Using Nitrogen Infusion & Oil Quench:
Little distortion (merely reaches the same degree as gas nitriding) and ½ comparing to the product that went through
carbonitriding.
真空渗碳淬火优点:
无结晶粒间的氧化,成品外观良好,亦可以对细孔内达成高浓度及均匀度的渗碳。
Advantages for Using Vacuum Carburizing Quenching:
No oxidization of the surface, also could achieve the carburizing in narrow holes with high concentration and
distribution of the carburization.

用途: 高速钢、锻模钢、不锈钢的淬火回火,不锈钢、耐热合金钢、Be-Cu溶体化及时效处理、退火,磁性处理,铜
氧焊,烧结等。
Applications: high-speed steel, die steel , the quenching and tempering of stainless steel, stainless steel, heat-resistent alloy
steel, the solution and aging treatment of Be-Cu, annealing , magnetic processing, brazing ,sintering.
对流加热系统之优点:
 在低温区域(T < 850˚C) 急速升温及持温,缩短热处理制程时间。
 大型模具或大量处理时,可确保加热均匀。
 缩小工件内外温差,应力消除容易,有利于降低变形量。
 可用于退火或光辉回火处理。
The Advantages of Convection Heating System:
 Rapid heating and holding are carried out in the low-temperature zone (T < 850˚C) and the duration of heat treating
processes are reduced.
 Uniform heating can be ensured during the heat treating of the large-size die-casting dies or workpieces in bulk
processing.
 Reduce the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the workpiece. With the ease of stress-relieving,
the deformation can be easily reduced.
 Annealing and bright tempering can be carried out.

Heat Treatment: Selective Surface Hardening
优点:
 高硬度:加热速度极快,因而转变温度提高,从而达到细化晶粒的目的,由于晶粒细小而强化了组织。
 变形小:因为局部硬化,所以工件整体变形量变小。
 表面耐应力:耐疲劳。
Advantages:
 High Hardness: The high rates of heating speed raise the transforming temperature to obtain the fine grains. With
the fine grains, the structures will be strengthened.
 Low Deformations: The hardening(s) is/are only carried out on the specific locations on the parts, so the overall
deformations are low.

Heat Treatment: Ferritic Nitrocarburizing, Gas Nitriding
优点:
 耐疲劳性,耐冲击性和耐腐蚀性能都有明显上升。
 变形量小。
 无公害处理,对环境友好:无火,油,烟可使环境恶化的因素。
 安全:无人化操作,不必担心在火灾,爆炸,地震等一些灾难性事故时的人员问题。
Advantages:
 Improvement in wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
 Low deformation.
 Environment friendly: No fire, oil and smoke during the heat treatment.
 Safety: Unmanned automatic operation, system shuts off automatically in case of fires, explosions and earthquakes.
热处理工艺: 水蒸气氧化处理 (借助高温水蒸气在产品表面形成Fe3O4黑色氧化膜)
Heat Treatment: Steam Oxidizing Surface Treatment (Black oxide film of Fe3O4 is formed by high-temperature)
氧化炉 (黑化炉) 优点:
于氮化层 (白亮层) 上形成黑色氧化膜 (Fe3O4),带有光泽,质地均匀,无色差。氮化氧化复合膜 (Oxy-Coat),
借助于氧化膜的封孔作用,提高工件的耐腐蚀性,耐磨性,耐容损性等。使用水蒸气处理,对人体及环境无
害。
Advantages of Using Steam Oxidizing Furnace:
The black oxide film (Fe3O4) formed on the nitride layer is glossy, uniform and cause no color differences. The film
of Oxy-Coat can improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and solution resistance, etc. by the pore sealing
effects. Stream treatment is harmless to human bodies and environment-friendly.
