- 14. Order of Business • Equipment Training, we have 90% new equipment, commenced in November 2016. • General Orientation commenced mid November post technical completion. • Specific Area Orientation, challenging with old site continued operation at 100%. • Induction, emergency procedures etc.
- 15. Training – How did we cope? • Clinical corporate trainers, experts in everything!! One per area. 1 only in interventional suite. • Super user training, nominated people. • End user training, everyone including Medical staff.
