There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.

- 12. Step 1 Hold ball with 2 hands!
- 13. Step 2 Let go with non-kicking hand
- 14. Step 3 Let go of ball over kicking foot
- 15. Drop the ball do NOT toss the ball!
- 16. Step 4 Watch the ball until it contacts your foot
- 17. Step 5 Hit the ball with your shoelaces!
- 18. Step 6 Hit the ball at or below the knee, it a 450 angle!
- 19. Step 7 Extend/Stretch your foot and kicking leg for a really good punt!
- 20. Step 8 Follow through toward your target!
