CNC-TRAINING CENTER

CONCEPT:
Enable technical schools to equip their manufacturing technology education facilities with
‘state of art’ CNC machine tools and all relevant supporting technologies, in an attractive
‘hi-tech’ environment, that will inspire young people to enter today’s manufacturing
industries.
GOAL:
 To provide an adequate supply of highly trained CNC manufacturing
technologists for today’s manufacturing companies.
 To provide specialists that support development of new technologies
for mankind’s rapidly changing needs.

STRATEGY :
To attract a new generation of young people to start careers in manufacturing
technology.
MISSION :
•Technical education center in operate and programming CNC machine-tools is a
research and technological transfer center who is the interface between academic
area and industrial field who develop the CNC concepts: computer aided
manufacturing-CAM and operate CNC machine tools. CNC training center is a
practical initiative designed to develop:

1. TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
- improve university their CNC training programs
- stimulate students to learn manufacturing technology
-prepare the students for interesting and rewarding “High-Tech” career opportunities in
a vast range of industries
2. COLLABORATION WITH INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES
- resolve the shortage of skilled technicians in Romania
- connect to real-world industry-leading partners
-help customers to train their workforce

manufacturing technologists, many will rise to the challenge.

1.CNC MACHINIST TRAINING
This is an intense program for individuals wanting to learn the basics of
CNC machining. Trainees learn the setup and operation of CNC
machining equipment such as mills, lathes.
2.UPGRADE MACHINIST PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Employers who need qualified and trained employees here is the
opportunity to send employees to the CNC Training Center for
advanced training. The employee must be working in a qualified
Machinist Shop/Industry and be employed for at least 90 days.

3. CNC PROGRAMMING
This introductory class to CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled)
machining is designed for experienced machinists and machine
operators who need or want to update their skills in CNC operations,
setups and programming.
4. ADVANCED CNC PROGRAMMING
Offered for customers who desire to attain greater proficiency in CNC
programming.
This program is designed to train to a higher level of competency in the
operation and CNC programming machines through the instruction of
CAD/CAM software’s. Trainees learn to use of the CAM system to create
and edit programs. Trainees also learn surface modeling, derived and
composite surfaces and machine parts using learned programming skills .
