This eliminated manual data manipulation, ensured total accuracy, saved 2 man hours each month, and enabled a faster data output production. ♦ Researched and facilitated the migration of pet care medical sales production and reporting to the IMS OLAP 2008 cube internet reporting platform, IAM, for Merial a division of Sanofi, the largest global pet care medical sales company. This enabled the latest monthly data to be available to the client earlier, automated the monthly data update process, enabled additional client custom data metrics to be integrated readily into the Merial 2008 cubes if needed, provided client access to the underlying cube data, and made the reports accessible globally via the internet. ♦ Researched and wrote up thorough, concise and factual IAM cube platform user documentation for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) IMS One global business intelligence dashboard users. This documentation was used by several hundred J&J global dashboard users to assist them with using an IAM global sales cube online in IAM, accessed via the J&J One global dashboard, to create their own customised J&J sales performance reports.
