Di Dalam dan Di Luar Kawasan Sekolah
Tujuan surat edaran ini ialah untuk memberi maklumat tambahan kepada Pekeliling Ikhtisas
Bil. 9/2000 supaya ianya lebih kemas dan lengkap.
2. Maklumat tambahan tersebut adalah seperti berikut:
2.1 Tanggungjawab Pengetua dan Guru Besar
2.1.1. Sentiasa memberi keutamaan dan peringatan mengenai keselamatan
dan kebajikan pelajar-pelajar semasa berada di kawasan sekolah sama
ada diluar atau dalam bilik darjah dan juga semasa menjalankan
pengajaran dan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan,
aktiviti sukan dan kokurikulum di luar kawasan sekolah.
2.1.2. Memastikan pengurusan keselamatan dan kebajikan pelajar dalam
pengajaran dan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan,
aktiviti sukan dan kokurikulum adalah tanggungjawab semua guru dan
dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif
2.2 Tanggungjawab Guru Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan, Guru Sukan dan
Guru Kokurikulum
2.2.1. Merancang aktiviti dengan teliti dengan mengambil kira ruang dan alatan
yang hendak digunakan itu selamat.
2.2.2 Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang procedur kecemasan dan
memastikan alat bantu mula yang secukupnya bila berlaku sesuatu
insiden.
2.2.3 Mengadakan pelan kontijensi jika berlaku kecemasan dan kemalangan,
2.2.4 Sentiasa memberi peringatan secara lisan dan bertulis mengenai
aspek-aspek keselamatan pelajar.
2.3 Tanggungjawab lbu Bapa Melalui PIBG
2. Melalui PIBG, Pengetua dan Guru Besar dikehendaki mendapatkan kerjasama ibu
bapa atau penjaga dalam perkara berikut
2.3.1 Mengawasi pergerakan anak-anak mereka, agar mereka hanya
menyertai aktiviti yang dianjurkan oleh pihak sekolah seperti
dijadualkan,
2.3.2 Memberi kemudahan peralatan keselamatan dalam aktiviti tertentu
yang disertai anak-anak mereka.
2.3.3 Memastikan keadaan kesihatan semasa anak-anak dalam keadaan
baik sebelum dibenarkan anak-anak mereka mengikuti aktiviti yang
diajukan oleh sekolah.
2.3.4 Mendapat bantuan doktor jika anak mereka mengidap penyakit yang
tidak membolehkan anak mereka terlibat dalam sesuatu aktiviti dan
memaklumkan secara bersurat kepada pihak sekolah tentang perkara
itu.
2.3.5 Memastikan ibu bapa atau penjaga menandatangani surat kebenaran
bagi anak-anak mereka yang mewakili sekolah dalam sebarang
aktiviti di luar sekolah, daerah atau negeri.
2.4 Tanggungjawab Pelajar
2.4.1 Memaklumkan tentang kecederaan mereka kepada guru dengan
segera,
2.4.2 Dilarang mengambil dan menggunakan peralatan tanpa kebenaran
dan kehadiran guru.
2.4.3 Dilarang menyalahgunakan peralatan dan kemudahan sukan,
2.4.4 Memakai pakaian lengkap mengikut peraturan sesuatu permainan
untuk keselamatan diri contohnya permainan Seni Pertahanan
Diri/Bola Sepak/Hoki dan sebagainya.
2.5 Skim Perlidungan Diri
Sekolah diwajibkan mengadakan skim perlidungan diri untuk semua pelajar yang
merangkumi perkara-perkara berikut:
2.5.1 Seperti di Pekeliling Ikhtisas Bil. 9/2000.
2.5.2 Kenderaan yang digunakan untuk membawa pelajar hendaklah
dipastikan mematuhi syarat-syarat Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan.
2.5.3 Kemalangan semasa mewakili sekolah atau daerah dan negeri.
2.6 Peralatan dan Penyenggaraan Peralatan
2.6.1 Stor mestilah sentiasa kemas dan tersusun.
3. 2.6.2 Semua peralatan hendaklah direkodkan di dalam Buku Inventori.
2.7 Kawasan Larangan
2.7.1 Padang olahraga terutama dalam acara padang (contoh: acara
Lontar Lembing, Cakera dan Tukul Besi).
2.7.2 Padang sasar acara memanah
2.7.3 Kawasan-kawasan lain yang seumpanya yang membahayakan.
2.8 Aktiviti Sukan Kemahiran
Segala aktiviti seperti gimnastik, terjun abskaling clan lain-lain yang memerlukan
kemahiran tinggi perlu diajar oleh guru atau jurulatih yang bertauliah.
2.9 Penggunaan Ubat-Ubatan dan Dadah
2.9.1 Penggunaan ubat-ubatan dan dadah di dalam sebarang aktiviti
adalah dilarang sama sekali
2.9.2 Segala penggunaan ubat-ubatan dan dadah perlulah diperakukan
oleh doktor.
2.10 Alat Bantu Kecemasan (ABK)
2.10.1 Memastikan ABK lengkap dengan alatan perubatan asas.
2.10.2 Memastikan ABK ditempatkan di tempat yang mudah diambil dan
diketahui segera jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan.
2.10.3 Memastikan pengunaan alatan perubatan asas dalam ABK diawasi
oleh pelajar atau guru yang mendapat latihan asas mengenainya.
3. Surat edaran ini hendaklah dibaca bersama-sama dengan surat Pekeliling ikhtisas
Bil. 9/ 2000 bertarikh 30 Mac 2000.
