The Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project also includes key actions, notably exchange of information as well as the elimination of harmful tax practices and mutual agreement procedures to ensure that tax treaties are applied in accordance with their intents and purposes. The Inclusive Framework on BEPS, which now counts more than 100 member jurisdictions, conducts peer reviews of the implementation of BEPS action items on exchange of tax rulings, country-by-country reporting, harmful preferential tax regimes and the efficiency of mutual agreement procedures. Also, an important tool for BEPS implementation is the BEPS Multilateral Instrument (MLI), which allows signatories to quickly update its treaties to conform with BEPS tax treaty related measures. This session will provide an overview of the BEPS implementation phase and its results so far including a focus on the importance and impact of the MLI which has been signed by close to 70 jurisdictions and which is currently under ratification in many of them.
AT&T Woodbridge LTE Expansion 8-15-17 - FINAL
AT&T has expanded its 4G LTE network in Prince William County, Virginia by adding a new cell site near Dale Boulevard and Birchdale Avenue in Woodbridge. This will provide customers in the area with faster wireless service for activities like streaming videos, posting on social media, and communicating with friends and family. An AT&T regional vice president commented that the network expansion will allow customers to use their mobile devices at higher speeds. AT&T stated it is constantly investing in its network to improve coverage and service quality for Virginia residents.

Master's Thesis Report
This thesis examines the design of a multiband fractal antenna based on Minkowski geometry for radio frequency identification (RFID) systems. The document begins with an introduction to fractal structures and their self-similar properties that allow for miniaturization. It then discusses Minkowski fractals specifically and reviews previous research on using Minkowski fractals as antennas. The thesis aims to design a multiband Minkowski fractal patch antenna that maintains a small size and high gain/efficiency at RFID frequency bands of 2.45GHz and 5.8GHz. Rollits Social Housing Focus April 2015

How do Consumer Protection rules affect landlords? • ARLA have published a ‘Property Information Form’ for residential lettings • The aim of the form is to help landlords and agents comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Regulations 2008 • The Regulations aim to make sure business tell the truth about goods, services and prices and prohibit unfair commercial practices. • The form helps landlords comply with the requirement to disclose information that would affect the 'average consumer's' decision to rent • Breach of these Regulations can lead to an unlimited fine and up to two years in prison • However, not disclosing information is only an offence if the practice materially distorts (or is likely to) an average consumers behaviour
