Professional Experience
April 9, 2001-October 2005: Served in the US Navy in various locations. Served on board Los
Angeles-class attack submarines in a communications role. Also provided transitional service as a
prisoner escort before separating from active service honorably. Highlights include earning the
Submarine Service badge.
February 2006-May 2006: Worked at Shells Seafood as a busboy/food runner, supporting the waitstaff.
May 2006-July 5, 2006: Gave notice to Shells Seafood of intent to find new avenues of employment,
unemployed for approximately 2 months
July 5, 2006-June 25 2013: Served in the US Army Signal Corps in various locations. Was primarily
responsible for line-of-sight and satellite communications. During that time awards were earned such as
the Army Achievement Medal for providing a valuable morale, welfare and recreation(MWR) service
for soldiers serving overseas by managing an Internet Cafe/Phone Center. Also received invaluable on-
the-job training with respect to providing technical support in a Help Desk role and programming
computers to suit operational needs. Also took time during this tour of duty to act in various

September 9, 2013-Current: Hired on as a Customer Service Representative in Riverview, FL,
supporting Medicare and Health Insurance Marketplace operations. During this time, I have also
received promotion to the site's Quality Assurance team, auditing calls for quality and training
purposes.
