1. Kenneth Bupp
Director of Business Development
Endeavor Innovative Workspaces
As the director of business development for Endeavor Innovative Workspaces,
Kenneth Bupp brings expertise advising fast-growing companies how to efficiently
use office spacein rapidly changing markets. Endeavor is the first office building
in Lee County to offer monthly office-spacememberships for startups,
entrepreneurs and rapidly growing companies.
As a longtime consultant for top executives in the aerospace, transportation and
defense industries, Ken is intimately familiar with the team-based office conceptof
co-work space, which is the heart of Endeavor Innovative Workspaces in Fort
Myers. Popular in high-tech hubs such as San Francisco and Austin, Tex., the open
floor plan without assigned desks is ideal for entrepreneurs in the new economy
because it promotes collaboration and networking. Companies love the concepttoo
because it saves them office-space expense while they focus on growing new
markets. For executives who seek more privacy, Endeavor also offers traditional
offices and conference rooms equipped with the latest communications technology.
With an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, Ken created complimentary
members-only events as part of the Endeavor Network. The network’s regular
gatherings give entrepreneurs at Endeavor the opportunity to meet and help each
other grow their businesses, a benefit that isn’t available in most traditional office
buildings. In addition, Ken networks extensively with outside business
organizations such as the Greater FortMyers Chamber of Commerce to promote
the Endeavor Network members to the broadercommunity.
A native of Cape Coral, Ken graduated from North Fort Myers High Schooland
earned an associate’s degree in public relations from the University of South
Florida and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida Gulf Coast
University. He loves to participate in group sporting events such as mud runs and
is an avid fan of the Florida Gulf CoastUniversity Eagles, the University of South
Florida Bulls and the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team.
Ken is a devoted father and is an active member of Next Level Church. Ken loves
to travel and hopes to visit Italy, Greece, New Zealand and Iceland.
