Thoroughly checking drawings to maintain high Quality Control eliminating unnecessary
rework.

Highly skilledin all welding techniques on virtually every metal used in the Petro/Chem.
industry. Fabricate complex & close tolerance pipe spools from detailed Isometrics.
Operated all machinery in the shop including shape cutting table, shear & brake, pipe

Fabricated & assembled automated high tech flash removal machines for the rubber
industry. Job responsibilities were to layout Stainless & Aluminum sheet metal to be
sheared & broke per detailed drawings to create the machines. The sheet metal would then
be fit up & welded, all parts assembled and tested.
