The 67% stakes of Kelebek Mobilya was sold to Turkven and Dogtas families, are known private
equity firm, on 34.84 million pounds by the main shareholders “ Ozbiyik and Goknar families.”
International Furniture,is consulted by Turkven, made an agreement for a partnershipwith Dogtas.

Kelebek Mobilya, was took over in 2006 by ourselves and has became a company with high
profitability and strong financial structure with improving self-sacrifice. We are proud of putting
it the country's economy. For the partnership, we have opted for Turkven and Dogtas. After
turnover, our shareholders situations of company will countinue with remained shares. After that,
we aim to grow with focusing on iron and steel, food and textile sectors more. In addition, the
period ahead, we will deal with especially oil, energy and real estate projects.’ He said.
