The material was trend-setting, the product new: It was in 1914 that Sophie
and Carl Zitzmann began manufacturing insulated aluminium containers in
the Thuringian town of Fischbach – and were quick to find enthusiastic cus-
tomers. Containers to keep hot items warm and cold items cool? The product
was so practical that the small "Aluminiumwarenfabrik Fischbach" did not
stay small for long. Today, alfi is the world market leader in insulated contai-
ners. And even though we have long since moved to Wertheim in Franconia,
we continue to keep the legacy of our company founder alive: Our products
set new standards in construction and design, just as they did 100 years ago.

the heart of the alfi insulating bottles. Extremely robust, Re-
sistant to fruit acid and absolutely toxin free to meet all re-
quirements. The vacuum efficiently stops any temperature
balance. Therefore drinks remain hot for 12 hours or cold
for 24 hours. Moreover, the alfi TopTherm body is extremely
easy-care and is definitely without any inner coating.
