Bhature is open 6 days a week till early afternoon and queues of people going around the block for his simple menu is a
common sight. Every corner has a sweets shop like Vaishnav Chaat or Lakshmi Sweets with "gol-gappas" or "chaat" being
a popular choice. Refreshing Center is a go-to for munchies or "namkeen" or the flavored milk bottles. The "lassi" or
buttermilk and "puri cholle" of the famous Bille Di Hatti is another one of the many reasons why Kamla Nagar is one of
the most popular places for Old Delhi cuisine.Another famous eatery is Gopal Sweets Shop on the road between Roop
Nagar and Kamla Nagar just before Shakti Nagar red light. Their Bedmi Puri, Samosa, Jalebi, Kachori are out of this world.
And if you are looking for some South Indian street food, try Shiva just opposite Gopal Sweets in the lane. The MCD is
now removing the roundabouts and constructing the huge underground parking in centre of the market to improve tariff
conditions.
