Contracted to Hella Electronics. Assigned to vacuum, horns, actuators and accelerator -pedal groups.
Assignments very from packaging of components to bracket designs. Design and development of
accelerator pedal arm for a variety of customers. Plastic injected molded Accelerator pedal arms were
incorporated into a pedal mechanism and incorporated designs for start and stops of the pedal and Kick
Down feature giving extra sensation to the driver. Develop connector leads for accelerator pedal
assembly circuit board connection points to connector through over molding the leads in the assembly
cover. Develop pedal assembly plastic injected molded housing covers incorporate circuit boards through
over molding the circuit into the housing cover . Brackets for pedal assemblies were developed and
designed plastic injected molded. Assignments include headlamp washer system hose routings and
Packaging. Electrical wire routings made for vacuum pumps, horns as well as fuel pedal Sensors. Design
of stamped metal and cast metal bracket for each of the various products. Detailing and designs are
being done in Catia v4 & v5 and converted to SDRC to support Ford projects.

Full service supplier assigned to Ford Motor Company, C170 Focus program. Responsible for brake and
fuel line assemblies from under hood to the fuel tank. Develop coordinates for each bend points and
documented them in the drawings. Designed and detailed all under hood routings and created bundle
assemblies of stainless steel tubes. Incorporated designs for tube flairs at the tube connection points.
Responsible for design of mounting scheme using stamped metal and die cast brackets for vapor
management systems and vapor canisters. Electrical wire routing from vapor management system and
vapor sensors to the vehicle wire bundle. Design of heat shields for fuel line protection from exhaust
system heat. Develop plastic injected attachment clips to bundle the brake and fuel tubes together into a
bundle assembly and attach to the underbody. I provided design proposals and reviews directly with the
customer. I also interfaced with tear 2 suppliers in developing a overall assembly. Able to utilize
Metaphase as well as Digital Buck. I also reference cad data thru PDGS software. 10/04 reassigned to
Chrysler group on catia v4 providing support for kj, pt, wk, dr, programs.

components. Responsible for engine packaging, creating engine assemblies. Develop decking
studies and presenting in design reviews to discuss changes in designs of components or
mounting schemes. Reviews including accessory drive assemblies to customers and engineers.
Design and develop stamped medal as well as die cast engine and transmission mounts for verity
of engine configurations. Clearances to engine assembly periphery items and mechanisms
including during engine roll. Provided design proposals to provide for more clearance
between components. Proficient in Digital Buck for clearance and compatibility reviews. Provided
hose design and routings and developed plastic injected or stamped metal panels/air deflection for
engine cooling by directing air flow thru the radiator assembly.

a/c compressor, alternators, fan drives, pluming routing, including design and develop brackets, engine

die cast. Provided engine roll and engine decking studies. All new designs are done on Catia, Freightliner
bought out Ford heavy truck division requiring use of S.D.R.C. In addition, PDGS to make changes to
models and transfer to Catia.

for tire clearance studies for an verity of tires and wheel base lengths for Ford F150 project.
This incorporated jounce and rebound studies for front and rear axles. Ford Climate Control
Division, detailed HVAC plenum assemblies. Trained 26 students in PDGS.
Packages studies of Audio Components. Designed mounting brackets for radio assembly.
