This document presents a case study on sportsmanship. It examines the role of team owners, coaches, health, safety, athletes, community, and fan behavior in demonstrating sportsmanship. Team owners set standards for their teams, while coaches are leaders who can positively or negatively influence players. Athletes have the biggest role, as their actions are under their control, and they can either positively or negatively impact their communities. The conclusion advocates for bringing youth sportsmanship traditions like shaking hands into professional sports to change lives for the better.
