Betty writes a thank you letter to Justin expressing her satisfaction with the home he built for her. She notes that the house stays warm and saves on utilities as promised. Delivery people also comment on the home's beauty and Justin's great work. Betty and her husband are nearly done with their basement renovation and invite Justin to stop by when in the area.

1. Good Morning Justin:
I was just sitting here in the sun room on this cold snowy morning, drinking hot coffee, watching the
squirrels run around in the snow and I thought of you. I just wanted to let you know, we are enjoying our
house so much! It is starting to feel like home now. I just wanted to say a big THANK-YOU to
you, Doug and your team for doing such a great job!
It is always so nice and warm and the same temperature all over the house even though we have never
had the thermostat above 70. It amazes me that it stays the same temperature all over and we are
saving money on our utilities just as you said we would. Every delivery guy or person who stops in tells
us how beautiful it is and what a great job you did!
We are nearing the completion of the basement, barber chair is down there as well! Just waiting on
cabinet maker to finish bar and woodwork. Hope you get a chance to stop sometime when you are in
the area.
Well, I didn’t mean to rattle on, just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our new home
and find out how you all are doing.
