Dr. Michele Pinnock gave a presentation on youth leadership in the 21st century for the upcoming Junior Mayor Competition in St. James, Jamaica. The presentation emphasized developing the right attitude, believing in oneself, building relationships, focusing one's efforts, inspiring hope in others, and creating social projects to enhance food security, the environment, recycling, and community support. Dr. Pinnock encouraged the youth to challenge themselves to be better leaders and to encourage others to join in making a positive difference through leadership.
