13. Recap & Outlook for September
Despite a 9+% drop in the market median sales price Hermosa Beach real estate activity bounced back in August leading with a
64+% spike is sales, a 20% decline in median days to sell, a 7+% bump in listings, and a solid 52% increase in the sales/listing
ratio. Year-over-year stats showed improvement as well with total sales, median days to sell, and total listing data points
trending positive.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “Statewide sales were above the 400,000 mark for the fifth straight month” and “sales of
condos and townhomes were up nearly 10 percent from last year.”
