WestJax Outreach has opened a new satellite medical clinic, Lake Shore Baptist Medical Mission, to treat more patients and reduce wait times. The new clinic will be led by Dr. Lily Rocha as Medical Director along with other volunteer medical professionals. Retired nurse Dee Crowe continues volunteering at the WestJax Outreach Medical Clinic and encourages others to volunteer, finding it rewarding to help those in need and that patients' stories help with her own problems. The organization provides various services to those in need in the community and relies on volunteers and donations.

WestJax Outreach, Inc.
WestJax Outreach now has two locations providing
medical needs. Healing Hands Medical Ministry now has a
satellite location: Lake Shore Baptist Medical Mission. This
additional location will provide a way to treat additional
patients and shorten the wait time for more than 200
patients on our current waiting list. Dr. Lily Rocha, a
volunteer at Healing Hands for a couple years now, has
agreed to serve as the Medical Director for this new
