Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or
vegetables
The liquid that is extracted contains vitamins,
minerals, and plant chemicals called phytonutrients
found in whole fruit
3. What are the benefits?
Boost immune system
Remove toxins from the body
Aids in digestion
Helps to loose weight
Have more energy
Reduce risk of cancer

There are 14 known vitamins needed to develop and
function normally:
Vitamins, A, C, D, E, and K, choline, and the vitamins
(thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin,
vitamin B6, B12, and folate/folic acid)
