• Provided recommendations to a cross-functional team on the development of global launch training materials

• Prepared surveys and knowledge tests to assess participant satisfaction and program effectiveness. Revised

• Maintained an electronic catalogue of training materials and collaborated with IT on the development of a

Developed the managed care promotional program for Zocor focusing on both non-branded and branded materials.
Prepared promotional materials in support of market expansion initiatives for Zocor and managed the $600,000
yearly promotional budget.
• Developed the HEDIS Performance Navigator Program that was rated as one of the most effective disease
    management programs in a 1999 Scott-Levin survey of managed care medical directors.
• Managed the development and medical/legal approval of an HMO Resource Binder containing template
    promotional pieces customizable to individual managed care plans resulting in time and cost savings.
