1. Joseph Pan Bio
Joseph spent 15 years with IBM US on various assignments,
managing software development projects, delivered training
programs, managing sales/marketing and services functions in
L.A.,
In 1993 He took international assignment to Shanghai
establishing IBM branch offices in East China, built IBM
market place, responsible for government relationship with
Shanghai City and oversee business development activities in
East China.
In 1997 he returned Taiwan and joined Payless ShoeSource as VP/ International
Procurement responsible for the company’s $400M product outsourcing operation,
managing the company’s supply chain and suppliers relationship with factories located in
China and Southeast Asia.
Later he joined Tyco Electronics as Director/Asia Pacific responsible for starting up Tyco
Electronics touch panel and LCD business in Asia Pacific .
Joseph returned US in 2004 and responsible for CTT Inc's global sales business. (CTT Inc. is
company a growing privately owned company in Silicon Valley engages manufacturing of
microwave RF amplifier products for Defense industry.)
Joseph has been mangement consultant through the years and just earned his PPM
certificate(Program and Project Management) from UC Santa Cruz Extension at San Jose.
Joseph graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlant with Master degree majored
in Computer Science, and completed his EMBA program at National Taiwan University in
2001. His undergraduate degree is earned at Fu-Jen Catholic University major in
Mathematics.
