Joseph faced repeated injustice and hardship after being sold into slavery by his jealous brothers, including false imprisonment. However, Joseph was able to endure these difficult circumstances without losing his faith in God or becoming bitter because he believed God was sovereign over all the details of his life and trusted that God was with him through it all, protecting and prospering him according to His plan.
