You go to bed late, you watch TV, you listen to
music… you’re too tired…
You can’t get up early…
5 more minutes…
I was like that…
Life is for the livingLife is for the living
But reading books, I discovered one of the habits I
have in common with successful people…
A true gift…
I’m an early riser !
Yes, you’ve read that correctly…I get up early !
We have to be prepared !We have to be prepared !
There are many distractions and many
opportunities, in this chaotic world…
I was one of those distracted people who did
not know how to take advantage of the daily
opportunities that arise… from day to day.
But i changed…
I acquired new habits…
And i got up early…
How did i do it?How did i do it?
üBY NEITHER EATING TOO MUCH OR TOO LATE
THE NIGHT BEFORE.
üBY DOING MORE EXERCISE.
üBY USING THE “ALARM CLOCK TRICK”.
üSTEADFAST DAY TO DAY.

üOur body consumes the most energy during
digestion.
üDigestion makes achieving a good and deep
sleep more difficult.
üThe quality of sleep is more important than
the quantity.

requires less sleep.
üExercise is the means to reach the next stage.

move, activate yourself

üYou will change your body’s clock.

üAcquiring a new habit takes time…and pacience.
üYou will feel uncomfortable…this isn’t necessarily a
bad thing.
üIt’s a process of change…You have to adjust.
üYou’re building new neural conections.
üYou’re removing old beliefs.

don’t think you aren’t
capable

üThis habit will gradually become a routine.
üIt will be as automatic as brushing your hair.
üYou will no longer lie in bed for 5 minutes
more…you will simply get up.

1. It’s a gift, use your newfound energy to
go out into the world. Sleep begets
sleep… make no mistake, the more you
sleep, the more you need.

psychological advantage, you will feel
powerful… with the confidence to do
something you couldn’t before.
4. At work you’ll have greater drive and energy.
5. You can see the sunrise.
6. But above all, don’t squander your talents
by spending all your time in bed.
