More than Just Lines on a Map: Best Practices for U.S Bike Routes
jonathan cutting
1. Throughout the year we have
increased tools available at our
art table, from stickers to glue
sticks. This summer, we have
been introducing scissors to
our Chipmunks. Jake* was
interested right away. After
seeing how to hold the scissors,
he caught on fast! He was able
to cut objects out and did not
seem to get frustrated at this
new task when sometimes the
paper just wouldn’t cut right.
This accomplishment
demonstrates Jake’s fine motor
skills and ability to concentrate
on a task.
