Executive Technology Training
Course Summary
In a ten-hour block of instruction, presented over two days, Jonas Business Solutions has
designed a program to give individuals at the executive level, the ability to leverage technology
for external communications, internal communications, client development, and marketing to
include social media at the organizational and individual level. Cloud based and paperless
document management is also covered. Prior to training, students are asked to provide a list of
specific, self-identified, technology interests and areas for strengthening or focus as well as some
specifics relating to currently used technology tools.

1. Operations and branding in the paperless era, use of logos, virtual letterhead
2. External communication strategies including Google/Map Business and Yelp listing
3. Setting up your own and your corporate blog
4. Social media scheduling and leveraging
5. Setting up “click to call” and managing the implementation
6. Content development and protecting your intellectual property
7. Technology workshop – how to best use and connect your tech tools (i.e., connecting
your Apple devices for seamless work on your iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and others).
8. Document sharing, storing, transmitting (why eFax?), and management in a cloud
(Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Microsoft Office)
9. The Merchant Account and alternatives like PayPal, Square, Stripe, Click and Pay
10. Executive level document creation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
11. Mobile apps versus mobile friendly websites
12. YouTube, Live Streaming, and other video tools
13. The eWallet and other paperless payables
14. The Live Virtual concept and office tools
15. Student requested technology training and skill building
Upon completion of the Jonas Business Solutions Executive Technology Training, students will
