Worked in the Hip Development department for 3 months. Aided Development Engineers in designing and manufacturing
prototype parts a for new product introduction. Exposed to additive manufacturing and additive component design. Wrote
protocols and performed static tests on prototyped parts for feasibility testing. Wrote test reports and performed statistical data
analyses. Helped in defining project scope and goals. Learned project structure and requirements for new products.
Freudenberg Medical/Medventure (Jeffersonville, Indiana), Product Development Co-op August - December 2015
Assisted in open projects. Designed new/redesigned old test fixtures. Wrote protocols for validation and verification testing.
Set up testing processes. Aided on product validation builds. Participated in weekly client meetings on open projects.
Biomet Inc. (Warsaw, Indiana), Product Development Co-op January - April 2015
Worked in the Foot and Ankle department for 4 months. Aided Development Engineers with tasks critical for the completion
of a new product project. Worked on prototype instrument development. Created physical prototypes that were used and tested
in cadaver labs. Designed and completed several test experiments as well as wrote test protocols and reports for verifications.
Altec Industries (Elizabethtown, Kentucky), Facilities Engineering Co-op May - August 2014
Focused heavily on creating a predictive maintenance program to decrease unplanned downtime. Used oil analysis and grease
inspection to predict potential maintenance needs and schedule repairs during downtime. Explored inferred thermography and
some ultrasonic technologies.

Worked as a manufacturing engineer for 6 months. Worked in unit assembly on projects to increase production efficiency and
reduce costs. Focused heavily on creating sustainable processes for the associates that were both efficient and make the quality
of work easier to maximize.
Hankenhof Lawn Care (Toledo, Ohio), Owner May 2006 – August 2012
Owned and managed a lawn-care business of 20 customers. Mowed, raked leaves, shoveled snow, landscaped, and controlled
customer accounts. Organized customer accounts for enhanced filing and record keeping. Employed by company for 5 years,
managed it for 2 years overseeing 4 employees.

Current President of the organization and been in the Production and Luminaria lead positions. Member for 5 years.
Planned, advertised, and fundraised for the University of Cincinnati Relay as a part of the Colleges Against Cancer Committee.
