 School investor appointment per District of the state
 Seat fill per school
 Payment compliance by School Franchisee (SF)
 Legal compliance of all Master Business Franchisee (MBF) & School franchisee
 Volume sales of Digital content, ISO certification of other institutes,
 School Management software sales and of other businesses of Dreamzz
Tradewing LLP

4. Customer role
 Agreement execution of MBF & SF
 School set up within session year
 Promotional execution support
 Training of Principal & teachers of all Schools regarding promotional activities
 Monthly children engagement activities execution calendar monitoring per
school
 Monthly parent engagement activity execution calendar monitoring per school
 Profitability per school through activity classes

5. Processes Role
 Monthly children engagement activities execution calendar monitoring per
school
 Monthly parent engagement activity execution calendar monitoring per school
 Monthly student teaching calendar delivery monitoring
 Admission related documents compliance
 School audits – 1 per quarter, per school
 Self innovated practices at schools
 Best Practice sharing
 School Management software compliance

6. People Role
 Annual Teachers training through training vertical
 MBF engagement & retention
 SF engagement & retention

7. Compensation- before confirmation
Upto 5 school investors appointed - Rs 10,000 per school
6 to 9 school investors appointed - Rs 15,000 per school
10 & above school investors appointed - Rs 20,000 per school

8. Compensation- after confirmation
Annual package Rs 6 lacs
