Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to design and sell new services & products
Recruit, mentor and empower the Consulting Team to deliver exceptional value and
experience to all clients
Work with PT to clarify Rhythm methodology and ensure all consulting content is
consistent, useful and applied correctly
Collaborate with consultants on client needs & participate in client sessions as
needed
Provide company leadership by participating on the executive team and supporting
other areas of the business as needed
