1- Audit all daily financial transactions which issuing continuously.
2- Follow up with all our company departments about any financial needs.
3- Follow up on any process for the shipments with sales step by step.
4- Preparing cash flow position updated daily.
5- Preparing Forecasted cash flow for the any business.
6- Preparing costing sheets for all shipments .
7- Guided to my team to do all financial issues in true case.
8- Arrange to prepare any Payments and procurement any due payments.
9- Reconcile our payable and receivable accounts.
10- Reconcile our employee’s accounts.
11- Reconcile our Banks accounts.
12- Follow up our accounts in social security and any update or change in it.
13- Arrange with our internal auditor to preparing final correct financial statements.
14- Controller on our all financial systems accounts ( presto soft , QuickBooks).
15- Discussing with the management our financial status and giving some suggestions.
16- Some other tasks which be urgent.
