 Manage team of 120 multi-national employees supporting catering, housekeeping, maintenance, gardening,
and office workers.
 Interface with multi-disciplinary team to generate value adding decisions to improve safety, contracts,
procurement, logistics, budget, and nationalization program.
Key accomplishment: Reduce $9.1 MM USD budget by 20% by implementing cost saving initiatives such as
renegotiating and tendering legacy contracts.
2006 – 2011 Aramark Ltd. Baku, Azerbaijan & Abu Dhabi
Mobilization Manager
 Manage team of 20 employees responsible for mobilization of key personnel and equipment to ensure the
East Azeri Platform was prepared for habitation in time for facility commissioning and first oil.
 Reevaluate and implement revised corporate standards to improve efficiency of catering and housekeeping
activities.
 Develop and implement training program designed to improve National Employee Offshore Management
readiness while reducing overall program time.
Key recognition: In recognition of my achievements at the East Azeri Platform, I was invited to share best
practices with two neighboring facilities in the Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf. As a result, mobilization
efficiencies improved allowing both facilities to meet operational readiness and budget targets.
2004– 2006 Eurest Support Services International Sangachal Terminal, Azerbaijan
Project Manager
 Oversea transition of catering services providers ( account value of $12 MM USD) for Azerbaijani onshore
facility operated by BP Petroleum.
 Manage team of 150 multi-disciplinary employees responsible for ensuring food inventory, accommodation
supplies, staffing, were ordered, received, and delivered to client in a safe and efficient manner.
 Ensure that all employees receive there on-job training and lead all Health, Safety and Environment
meetings.
Key accomplishment: At the request of BP Petroleum Management, I was retained as Catering Manager to
oversee transition between Catermar and Eurest catering services supporting the Sangachal Oil Terminal.
2000 – 2004 Catermar USA Primorski, Azerbaijan
Camp and Catering Manager
 Responsible for developing and implementing fit for purpose training program, food inventory
management system, and fiscal control systems for newly emerging Azerbaijani onshore facility operated by
BP Petroleum, including office and hotel accommodation.
 Manage team of 120 multi-national employees supporting catering, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance,
gardening, and office workers.
 Continue to adapt catering, training, and accommodation program to support rapid growth and expansion
of project from 300 inhabitants to 2000 inhabitants within an 18 months period.
Key recognition: Appointed National Training Coordinator by Catermar USA Corporate Management for a
period of 3 months to ensure catering and accommodation support groups had adequate training to respond to
rapidly growing demand of services as detailed above.
1997 – 2000 Professional School of Tomar Tomar, Portugal

 Comprehensively extend the scope of the curriculum by developing and implementing technical and
theoretical innovations
 Create functioning commercial kitchen within school for the purpose of expanding school curriculum
resulting in addition of 68 to 72 students.
 Coordinate with commercial catering establishments for the placement of students for operational exposure
and job placement. All graduates from my course went on to gainful employment or further academic
pursuits.
