Telefonica Empresas
A subsidiary of Spanish Grupo Telefonica, the biggest non-financial private group in Brazil, Provider of
Data and Voice Solutions for the corporate market.
Position: Commercial Director.
Reporting to: President of Telefonica Empresas.
Mission: Managing all technical/commercial/financial contact with the 1,500 major Telefonica clients
in Brazil (the so-called hunting). Sales of the entire Portfolios for Data (Connectivity, Data Center, and
Outsourcing) and Voice (Long Distance, 1-800, WAN Outsourcing, etc.). Moreover, the “National Exit”
Projectwas also under my responsibility. As, at that times Telefonicawas present only in the State of São
Paulo, this Projectwas a start-up inside the Company, aiming for the creation of a commercial structure
withpresence in the cities of PortoAlegre, Curitiba, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Riode Janeiro, and Salvador
(20 employees outside São Paulo and 83 in São Paulo,among them 8 reporting directly to the position I
occupied).
Budget goals were accomplished in more than 100% fordirect sales, EBITDA,defaulting, increase in new
customers, and income.
