Alpe d'HuZes is committed to ensure that the battle
against cancer will finally be won.
That cancer will no longer be considered a fatal
disease, but as a chronic disease..
I share this mission and will cycle in June 2015 against
the helplessness that cancer brings.
Why do I need your support?
One out of three Dutch people get cancer. Fighting it seems pointless.
Many people have witnessed lives being drastically affected and destroyed.
Alpe d'HuZes was created with the aim to empower people to convert the sense of
powerlessness, caused by cancer, into one of strength. We achieve this by motivating as
many people as possible to constantly challenge and expand their boundaries.
Alpe d'HuZes is founded on the absolute belief that you can attain the greatest possible
satisfaction if you put your heart and soul into helping others. For this we need as many
sponsors as possible. In memory of those who died too young of cancer and to inspire
those who are fighting it. But in order to do this a lot of money is needed.
Our motto is "Never, ever quit!"
We refuse to accept any limitations in what we can and will achieve.
Through a strict policy we ensure that of every euro donated,
100% will be put to the benefit of the fight against cancer.
I have committed myself to climb the Alpe d'Huez multiple times in one day. Let’s go for it!
